Can you guess what we discovered today? A restaurant that has a menu just for dogs!! Canine Cuisine!!
I had a whole hamburger to myself. In my own bowl!

My burger was so tasty. It didn’t last long. I ate it in a flash and then spent ages licking every last bit of burger juice off my bowl.

The restaurant also had a menu for humans. Aunty Carol ordered something that smelled really tasty. I really wanted to know what it was. I wanted even more to be able to eat it so I gave her my best cute look.
“Hello Aunty Carol! Aren’t I cute? Can I have some of your food?”

But Aunty Carol didn’t seem to notice my cute stare. So I thought that she might notice me more if I leaned on her leg and gave her a cute look.
“Look at me Aunty Carol! See how I rest my chin on you? How cute am I? Please reward me with some of your lunch.”

But Aunty Carol still didn’t notice me! How was that even possible?? How could she ignore my cute stare and cute touch?? In the end there was really only one thing for it.
When cuteness fails, cheekiness prevails!
“Hey, Aunty Carol!!! Feed me!!”
Milo enjoyed his quarter hounder at Forge in the Forest, a dog-friendly mainstay for American fare with heated patio seating, fire pits & lush gardens. You and your humans can enjoy it too at Junipero & 5th, Carmel-by-the-Sea.
