Sharing Is Caring

A glorious sunrise got today off to a magnificent start. When nature shares her splendour with you like this, you just know it’s going to be a good day and one filled with excitement and discovery. And so it was today…. After the spectacular sunrise, everything seemed to proceed just like any other day. Mummy and I went to the Mill Valley Dog Park for some exercise, and just like normal, I went in for a swim even though mummy had expressly told me to stay out of the water. I spent some time swimming around, fetching the ball and enjoying the coolness of the water. Then something new happened!

Out of nowhere, a new friend appeared! A bright white version of me with pointy ear. White Milo…who knew that existed? I also made another unusual discovery: I liked this pale me enough to share not just one, but both my tennis balls with him. Sharing tennis balls? Now that’s a first!!

I hoped White Milo would join me in the water but his mummy wasn’t too happy about him getting in. I think she thought he’d get dirty. Then he would look like me!Sadly White Milo couldn’t stay for long and once he left, mummy made me get out of the water. So I spent a little time reminiscing about my new discoveries – a friend, a white me and sharing – while I chewed on my tennis ball. Nothing new there!
