Race Day

Here I am, waiting for daddy to finish stage 2 of his 3-day bike race. He was pretty tired after yesterday’s first stage, so I wanted to come and meet him to make sure he finishes safely. Plus daddy likes to debrief with me after his rides.

Here’s daddy crossing the finish line! He was very happy and so was I! He couldn’t see me behind the barricade but I was so relieved to see him safe and sound.

And here we are having our debrief. I’m telling daddy how proud I am of him. I’m also suggesting that he go and get some food straight away so he can recover and give me some!! As you can see, daddy always listens intently to my advice….and he did share his chicken salad! ❤️
