We have had quite the heatwave and I have literally been melting in my fur coat. So this morning, daddy took me to the beach and we played in the sea. It was so wonderful and so much fun!
The wet sand was soft and cooling between my toes and the sea soaked right through my double coat. I felt so refreshed that I chased the tennis ball up and down the beach. I was so happy to be cool!
After all that running around, I finally had to have a little rest. The wet sand was also nice and cool on my wiggle butt.
It had been such a fun morning that I couldn’t stop smiling despite being hot and tired.
Later that day, we went for another stroll around Hauke Park.
Daddy said we could stop for snacks on the way home. I have never run back to the car so fast!
We stopped for pumpkin bread and raced to see who could eat most of the slice.
I always have the best days ever with daddy! 🐾❤️👣
